Financiera Tu Puedes Guanajuato offers loans with larger amounts and longer terms in 2026, designed and based on citizen feedback
In 2025, more than 6,000 loans were granted, helping to preserve more than 8,000 jobs across the State

In a new broadcast of the program “Connecting with the People,” the Governor of the State, Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, presented the 2025 results and the 2026 programs of the Financiera y Apoyos Tu Puedes Guanajuato (Financial and Support Fund Tu Puedes Guanajuato), highlighting the evolution of the financing schemes that now offer larger loans, longer terms, and more accessible rules, designed and based on direct feedback from citizens.
The Governor emphasized that for the first time Guanajuato has a truly social credit institution, created to support people who were previously not eligible for financing, especially women, young people and entrepreneurs.
In 2025 alone, the Financial Institution approved 6,455 loans for more than 468 million pesos, which helped to preserve more than 8,000 jobs in sectors such as commerce, services, agrobusiness and industry.
With Ivon Padilla Hernandez, General Director of the Financial Institution, the Governor announced that by 2026 there will be a fund of 403.5 million pesos, with the goal of supporting 3,990 people through financing and 4,000 new entrepreneurs with a non-refundable economic support, in the 46 municipalities of the State.
As part of the program improvements, it was announced that some schemes now allow amounts of up to 1.5 million pesos and longer payment terms, adjusted to production cycles, in addition to preferential rates and greater guarantee options, making it easier for more people to grow or consolidate their businesses.
The Governor reiterated the invitation to visit Financiera y Apoyos Tu Puedes Guanajuato, learn about its programs and take advantage of the credit schemes that are now larger, more flexible and designed for the people, under the principle of this Government of the People: less bureaucracy and more citizen engagement.
