With more than 250 participating students, the third edition of SUMMIT International was held as part of the Hannover Messe 2023

As part of the International SUMMIT of Hybrid and Electric Vehicles V 3.0, the Secretary of Education of Guanajuato held the award ceremony of the contest towards Electronic Mobility 2023, an event that had the participation of more than 250 students from different high school and universities of Guanajuato.
In its third edition of SUMMIT International, conferences, workshops, exhibitions, the awarding of the second electric skateboard contest and finally the Electromobility 2023 contest were held.
The latter contest included three categories:
- Single-seater vehicle
- Support vehicles
- Conversion of internal combustion vehicle to electric
The winners were in the conversion category:
- First place: Electro-Tzinacua from the Cecyte Silao campus
- Second place: SABES UNIDEG from Apaseo el Grande
- Third place: CONALEP Moroleon
In the single-seater category:
- First place, Felinos La Salle Bajio
- Second place, Lobos Ibero Electro Team Racing
Support category:
- First place, Remaix del SABES campus Leon
- Second place: Movil TBC, TBC el Penon de Apaseo el Grande
During the award ceremony, the Governor of Guanajuato, Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo, highlighted the importance of continuing to encourage young people from Guanajuato so that their dreams come true and thus go far in their lives.
Aldelmo Reyes Pablo, Undersecretary of Higher Education of the Secretary of Education of Guanajuato, said that for the institution it is essential that students exploit their abilities and skills, which lead to an improvement in their education, but above all that it is of quality in their daily lives.
The participating institutions in this 2023 edition were:
- CECYTE, CONALEP, Militarized Bivalent Baccalaureate, SABES, DGETI, UVEG, CBTIS, Guanajuato Azteca Talent School, Celaya Technological Institute, Polytechnic University of Guanajuato, Laja Bajio Technological University, Polytechnic University Juventino Rosas, Technological University of Salamanca

- Technological University of the Southwest of Guanajuato, Polytechnic University of Penjamo, Interdisciplinary Professional University of Engineering Guanajuato Campus of the National Polytechnic Institute, Universidad Iberoamericana Leon, Universidad La Salle Bajio, Universidad Politecnica del Bicentenario and Technological University of San Miguel de Allende
High school and higher education students presented Electric Skateboards at the International Summit of Electric Cars 3.0.
After an enthusiastic participation of several teams made up of high school and high school students from the Guanajuato Ministry of Education, the three best in the electric skateboard contest were awarded, within the framework of the International Summit of Electric Cars 3.0.
The first place winner was the selective one from CECyTE Irapuato under the name Electro NOV. The second place corresponded to the CONALEP Irapuato team and the third place went to the representative of the Universidad Politecnica del Bicentenario under the name of E-Riders.
Teams from CECYTE, CONALEP, SABES, DGETI, UVEG, Militarized Bivalent High School, Guanajuato Azteca Talent School, Bivalent Talent High School, Penjamo Polytechnic University, Abasolo Higher Technological Institute, SABES University Acambaro campus also participated in this contest.
Also participating were Higher Technological Institute of Purisima del Rincon, Universidad Politecnica del Bicentenario and the Technological University of the North of Guanajuato.
