The People’s Government supports with financing producers and companies that have the Marca Guanajuato distinction

With the purpose of reaffirming local and regional growth to position it in the global market, the State Secretary of Economy and the Financial and Support Fund “Tu Puedes Guanajuato” signed a collaboration agreement so that small and medium-sized enterprises have access to social credit.
Claudia Cristina Villasenor Aguilar, Secretary of Economy, emphasized that “this alliance allows us to provide Marca Guanajuato companies with information, guidance, and financing options that can support their growth projects. This agreement represents what we are building: a closer and better organized path for companies to learn about their options, receive guidance, and move forward with their projects.”
Ivon Padilla Hernandez, head of Financiera de la Gente, said that the mechanism envisions that access to financing should not be a privilege, but a tool to strengthen talent and be an agent that helps, for example, companies with the Marca Guanajuato to consolidate themselves not only in the State or in Mexico, but throughout the world.
“This is not just another agreement; Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo has asked us to streamline procedures and make them simpler for the people of Guanajuato. It’s about giving the people who work hard every day solutions that truly benefit them,” said Ivon.
An example of the result of this support is Sandra Lopez Lopez, an entrepreneurial woman who found in the textile tradition of Moroleon, Guanajuato, the starting point to build her own project.
“I remember a teacher telling me: Don’t sell just to sell, but focus on the market that meets a need, which in this case is the “dog lovers”, who have the need to pamper their dogs. So, my intention is to make focused clothing: you shine, your dog also deserves to shine,” said Sandra.
The recognition of her products at fairs and exhibitions showed them that there was a real opportunity to continue growing, but also a concrete need: to have a greater quantity of raw materials and sufficient capacity to respond to the orders of an expanding client portfolio.
Sandra already had the knowledge, the experience, and a production line; what she needed was capital to take her production capacity to another level.
It was then that she turned to Financiera y Apoyos Tu Puedes Guanajuato, where she found an alternative that met the needs of her company through the “Alcanza Tu Sueno” financing program.
Sandra took her products to a new level by obtaining the “Marca Guanajuato” emblem for Dogshine, which gives her products a certificate of identity and origin that opens up possibilities for positioning in national and international markets.
The agreement of the Secretary of Economy and Tu Puedes Guanajuato aims to provide truly inclusive financing options that include support, guidance, and personalized advice, ensuring that credit goes hand in hand with technical training to strengthen the sustainability of their businesses.
Padilla Hernandez said that Financiera de la Gente aims to ensure that every business bearing the Marca Guanajuato seal knows it is not alone and that this administration has a Government that believes in their projects, trusts in their capabilities, and provides the necessary resources for it to prosper and benefit their families.
