Water infrastructure is strengthened in Purísima

Federal, State and Municipal institutions complete hydraulic works to benefit the people of Purisima del Rincon

The People’s Government, in coordination with the Secretary of Water and Environment, the municipality of Purisima del Rincon and the National Water Commission, completed hydraulic works that are part of a comprehensive modernization plan.

These actions are a key hydraulic innovation strategy that seeks to improve the quality of life of the people of Purisima del Rincon, protecting the environment and consolidating hydraulic services with the greatest efficiency for families.

Among the actions presented are:

• Equipment and electrification of the Guadalupe de Jalpa water well
• Replacement of the drinking water network in sector 6 (first stage of four) of the municipal seat
• Construction of a wastewater pumping station for El Carmen neighborhood and surrounding area

These works consolidate a municipality with modern, efficient and sustainable infrastructure.

The total investment of 21.1 million pesos will improve the efficiency of drinking water and sanitation systems, guarantee supply in rural communities, and reduce environmental risks.

The People’s Government reaffirmed its commitment to families, working to guarantee quality basic services and build a sustainable future for the people of Guanajuato.
