With the intention of providing greater attention to mothers in Guanajuato, the Pink Card program incorporates a service channel via WhatsApp.
Following the vision of the people’s governor, Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, to maintain a close, agile and accessible relationship, the Secretary of the New Beginning makes available this tool where users can resolve doubts directly.
Starting on Wednesday, April 29th, you can add Tarjeta Rosa Tu Aliada, 473 122 7829, to your WhatsApp contacts, where you can make inquiries at any time.
These actions aim to guide beneficiaries step by step, providing clear information on requirements, dates and procedures, avoiding confusion and delays in activating their benefits.
In addition, the New Beginning Secretary invites beneficiaries to follow these recommendations for opening their account and activating their card:
- When you arrive at your assigned appointment with the complete documentation, the account opening process will be carried out on site, which will make it easier for you to access your money in June
- Once the card is received, the beneficiaries must activate their PIN by going to an ATM to check the balance, and that’s it! The card is ready to use
Beneficiaries are urged to remember their appointments and not reschedule them, as this helps maintain an orderly and efficient flow of service. Missing or rescheduling an appointment can significantly delay access to support.
The People’s Government reiterates its commitment to help each beneficiary in this process, ensuring access to the programs in a simple, transparent and timely manner.
