Guanajuatense exporters are briefed on the financing opportunities that Tu Puedes Guanajuato has for them

With the purpose of consolidating the competitiveness of Guanajuatense companies abroad, the financial institution Tu Puedes Guanajuato held an informational meeting with staff of the Coordinator of Foreign Trade Promotion (COFOCE).

The approach aims to have executives act as a direct link with producers, ensuring that exporting SMEs have access to resources that allow them to scale their production, meet their needs, and optimize their logistics by having an additional credit alternative.

The mission is clear: provide liquidity and solid tools to those who are already making Guanajuato proud. This meeting with COFOCE will make it posible to channel resources precisely, ensuring that the loans of the People’s Government reach the entrepreneurs who need them to expand their export capacity immediately and efficiently.

Foreign trade doesn’t wait; therefore, the schemes presented not only cover working capital, but also guarantee that Guanajuatense producers have the financial strength to compete in global markets, comply with quality certifications, and scale their shipping volume without compromising their internal operations.
Tu Puedes Guanajuato offers 9 financing schemes ranging from 10,000 to 3 million pesos, with interest rates from 6.75 to 13 percent, grace periods and rate incentives for on-time payment.

Azael Colunga, Director of Internationalization of COFOCE, said that having this social financial option in Guanajuato promotes the development of small and medium-sized enterprises seeking the opportunity to export their products.
“I think this option is very interesting because we have received requests from the companies we serve that have exportable products to support their growth and international business. Many of them sometimes need more resources to grow, to buy raw materials, machinery, or even to hire more staff, so this helps us offer them this option and allow them to integrate it into their international projects,” said Colunga.

This initiative and cross-cutting work reinforce the State’s commitment to maintain Guanajuato as a national benchmark in exports, avoiding that cash flow turns into an obstacle to the growth of local producers.
