More than 200 businesswomen participated in the Exporters Forum, a space for training, networking and recognition of female leadership in international trade
COFOCE and the People’s Government reaffirmed their commitment to promote women exporters

With the commitment to strengthen women’s leadership in international trade, the Exporters Forum, Together Changing Lives was held, a space created by the People’s Government through COFOCE to strengthen female leadership, promoting the internationalization of Guanajuato companies and to generate strategic networks for the growth of exports.
The forum, which was attended by more than 200 businesswomen, aimed to train, inspire and connect women entrepreneurs who are transforming foreign trade from Guanajuato, providing them with tools, real success stories and institutional support to strengthen their competitiveness in international markets.
Representing Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, and under the vision of the People’s Government, Luis Rojas, Director of COFOCE, said that although the economy faces global challenges, Guanajuato has a government that is an ally whose purpose is to take products to other countries.
“It is a great source of pride to see so many women gathered here today, so many businesswomen, so many entrepreneurs who are with us today, and we want you, like Adriana and all the businesswomen who received their WeConnect certification today, to soon be here at the front sharing your success stories, those that not only motivate but also inspire all the others,” said Luis Ernesto Rojas Avila, director of COFOCE.
Rojas Avila announced a program specifically for women for 2026 that includes specialized training, workshops, advice, support, connections to international markets, digital transformation, a network of women exporters, leadership opportunities, financing, fair trade, and more.
Mayor Antonio Marun Gonzalez welcomed the State’s female exporters to the Municipality.
“It is an honor to welcome you to San Francisco del Rincon, today the venue for this ‘Together Changing Lives’ Exporters event. This event reflects the talent, strength, and leadership of Guanajuatense women”, said the Mayor.
“I want to acknowledge this space, so that more women entrepreneurs and businesswomen can receive training, connect, and find new opportunities in international trade. This effort is part of the vision of our Governor, Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo,” said Marun.
