In its 30th anniversary, the Technological University of Leon (UTL) celebrates three decades of commitment to the training of integral professionals, with a global vision and close ties to the productive sector with the “UNI LATIDO FESTIVAL”, an event organized in collaboration with the Institute for the Development and Care of the Young of the State of Guanajuato.

Founded in 1995, UTL currently has more than 7,000 students spread across its three campuses: Central, Campus II and Acámbaro positioning itself as the second largest university in the Technological University System by enrollment and the institution with the largest number of graduates in the country, totaling more than 40,000 professionals trained under its education model and connected to the industry.

The commemoration included a series of representative activities that brought together the university community in an atmosphere of celebration, learning, and inspiration. The opening ceremony included the “Wearable Identity ” runway show, where the Marketing Lionesses and Lions demonstrated their creativity and the finest style in the world of fashion.

This was followed by the presentation “From Obstacle to Opportunity,” given by Diana Robles. The UTL community took away key tools and insights to turn challenges into drivers of growth.
The performance of the Fragua Group , filled the stage with energy, music and great emotions, taking all through various musical styles and making all vibrate.


The day continued with the keynote address “How to Start a Business and Not Fail, ” led by content creator “A Certain Fredo, ” who shared his experience in the field of digital entrepreneurship, his experience as a professional, and how to combine it with his career as an influencer.

The event concluded with a musical closing performance by DJ Andre Diaz, which provided a festive finishing touch to the celebration.

With 19 educational programs, including bachelor’s and engineering degrees, the Technological University of Leon reaffirms its role as a national benchmark in technological education, innovation, and human development, celebrating 30 years of history with an eye to the future.
