On this working tour, which began in the municipality of Acambaro, the Governor delivered supplies to beneficiaries of the Secretary of Agriculture’s programs, totaling more than 10.9 million pesos.

These supports are an expression of the People’s Decalogue: in a productive environment, the economy is boosted, the environment is protected with efficient irrigation systems, family inclusion is promoted, and those most in need are supported.
Regarding the Productive Environment Program, the goal is to capture and store rainwater using levees and reservoirs, improving access to water for crops and livestock. Eight levee projects began today, with an investment of 799 thousand pesos by the State and Municipality.
With an investment of 156,000 pesos, floodgates were installed in the canals of the Acambaro Module of Irrigation District 011, which will improve access to and efficient use of water in the countryside.

In addition, nine irrigation lines and two irrigation systems with direct service were delivered, with a State and Municipal investment of 3 million 093 thousand pesos; and 22 agricultural technology support programs for producers in Acambaro and Salvatierra totaled 904 thousand pesos.
To strengthen livestock farming, support was provided to improve genetics, feeding, and management.
To protect producers against natural disasters and support the sale of their products, agricultural insurance is provided to protect 5,459 hectares of rainfed crops and price coverage for 4,445 tons of grain, with a combined total investment of 2.3 million pesos.

Fourteen grants were also awarded for fish planting, totaling 795,000 pesos.
Delivery of Miguel Hidalgo Street in the Encarnación Community
The Governor visited the community of La Encarnación to inaugurate Miguel Hidalgo Street. This work consisted of paving 2,086 square meters of hydraulic concrete, measuring 200 linear meters in length and 10.43 meters in width.

This work was carried out through a joint contribution of 3.6 million pesos from the Secretary of the New Beginning and the Municipal Government.
The paving of this street is part of the Beautifying My Neighborhood program, and sidewalks and curbs were also built, and the drinking water and sewage systems were rehabilitated.
Support is received for “We Believe in You” and Strengthening My Business
Later, the Governor made the 5th statewide distribution of non-reimbursable “We Believe in You” grants to rural entrepreneurs, women, and youth in Acambaro.

To promote economic development, 127 entrepreneurs received these non-reimbursable financial grants totaling 7,000 pesos. Sixty-two beneficiaries were from Acámbaro.
This fifth round of funding was divided into two events: the first in Plazuela Hidalgo, in Acambaro. In total, the fifth round of “We Believe in You” funding will benefit 277 Guanajuato entrepreneurs.

Since its creation, the “Tu Puedes Guanajuato” Financial and Support Fund has made five grants, benefiting 1,438 entrepreneurs from 18 municipalities with a total accumulated amount of 10 million 066 thousand pesos.
Regarding loans, 1,676 loans totaling 100 million pesos have been authorized in 43 municipalities.
