The Financing and Support Program Tu Puedes Guanajuato strengthens the growth of women entrepreneurs

The Government of the People recognizes women as a fundamental pillar of economic development, that is why it promotes their growth through accessible financing and strategic tools, providing them with the necessary support to consolidate their businesses and strengthen the economy.
In a reunion with members of the Mexican Association of Women Entrepreneurs (AMEXME) Guanajuato City Chapter, Ivon Padilla Hernandez, General Director of the Financing and Support Program Tu Puedes Guanajuato, said that, in a context where female participation in the economy is increasingly relevant, this program has opened new opportunities for entrepreneurs seeking stability, independence, and expansion.
“Today, women entrepreneurs play a fundamental role in our economy; many like you, create jobs, drive innovation, and contribute to sustainable development. That’s why Governor Libia Dennise, through Tu Puedes Guanajuato, has facilitated access to loans with favorable terms, eliminating barriers that have historically limited the growth of women-led businesses,” said Padilla.
Ivon said that, in addition to financing, the program offers specialized advice and training to ensure that entrepreneurs have the necessary tools to manage their businesses efficiently.
This support not only strengthens women’s financial autonomy and independence, but also fosters equity in the business sector by promoting female entrepreneurship in a more inclusive and competitive environment.
Padilla said that, with the opening of new support centers in various municipalities, more women will have direct access to these supports, allowing them to develop their projects with greater security and a forward-looking vision, becoming a growth engine capable of consolidating businesses that generate a positive impact in their communities.
The Director of Financiera de la Gente invited entrepreneurs looking to strengthen their businesses to visit the seven regional branches so they will not miss the opportunity to receive specialized financing and advice.

- Leon, Irapuato, Celaya, Dolores Hidalgo, Moroleon, San Jose Iturbide, and Silao
