As part of the Tianguis, Guanajuato officially launches the 2025 Guanajuato ¡Si Sabe! Gastronomic Season, reaffirming its position as a leading destination for national and international gastronomic tourism.

Lasting nine weeks throughout the summer, the season will kick off on May 31 with the Traditional Cuisine Gathering and culminate on July 27 with the Endemic Festival, celebrating native ingredients and avant-garde cuisine.
Guanajuato stands out for its culinary diversity, from traditional cooks to contemporary chefs, with designations of origin in tequila, mezcal, high-quality wine production, and a vibrant craft beer scene.

The event fosters connections between traditional cooks, chefs, producers, and restauranteurs, strengthening the local economy and reaffirming Guanajuato cuisine as a living heritage in constant evolution.
