The People’s Government, through the Tu Puedes Guanajuato Financial and Support Agency, inaugurated a new service window to offer citizens easier and more direct access to financing programs without having to travel far.
Ivon Padilla Hernandez, Director General of the agency, inaugurated this premises, where they aim to advise entrepreneurs, small businesses, and community projects seeking financial support to grow and consolidate.
“We are implementing the vision of our Governor of the People, Libia Dennise, to remain very close to you, the citizens. To bring these services to you, because we must not forget who we are here for, the trust you have placed in us, and with which we must deliver results in our work and be close to you,” said Padilla.
“However, it’s very important to us that these services and support be close to you, so that you can access them more quickly and easily, without having to travel anywhere, without having to spend money on gas or buses, but rather here, with the mayor’s trust and support, with a one-stop window,” said the Official.
Ivon said that in this area, citizens will be able to obtain detailed information on the different financing options available, receive personalized guidance, and have their applications processed quickly and efficiently by trained and responsive staff.
This initiative seeks to reduce bureaucracy, streamline procedures, and provide opportunities for those who need resources to develop their ideas and projects.
Gustavo Adolfo Alfaro Reyes, Mayor of Ciudad Manuel Doblado, said that the positive impact for his municipality will reach 356 communities and 17 neighborhoods, including the downtown area.
The Mayor concluded by stating that, with this opening, the People’s Government reinforces its commitment to fostering community outreach and economic and social development by offering concrete tools to boost community growth.
The window is already open at the Department of Social, Rural, and Economic Development in the City Hall, Calle Hidalgo y Corona s/n, downtown, the opening hours will be from 9a.m. to 4p.m.
