The State delivers works in Xichu

The Governor inaugurated the 4th stage of the Llano Grande-Beltran rural road

The Governor announces the restart of the construction of the Xichu Community Hospital

On a work tour, Governor of Guanajuato, Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo, delivered the 4th stage of the Llano Grande-Beltran rural road.

“It is a pleasure to be in Xichu, continuing with this tour of the northeast of Guanajuato, to deliver this important work, which has an extension of 1.4 kilometers”, said the Governor.

In this work, an investment of 13.1 million pesos was made, resources contributed in equal parts by the State Government and the Municipality, for the benefit of more than 1 thousand people, noted the Governor who was with Mayor of Xichu, Francisco Orozco Martinez.

Two more works were also delivered, the Aguacate-Palmitos roads 1st stage and Puerto de Puentecillas-San Diego de las Pitahayas 2nd stage. In the first, an investment of 7.5 million pesos was carried out, of which 6 million are State and the rest is Municipal.

And in the second stage from Puerto de Puentecillas to San Diego de las Pitahayas, 7.5 million pesos were allocated, of which 6 million are State and the rest municipal, explained the Governor.

The Governor visited the premises of the Xichu Wastewater Treatment Plant, which is completed and operates for the direct benefit of 1,738 people.

Continuing with the tour, the Governor and Mayor of Xichu delivered actions performed within the Mi Hogar GTO Program. 20 dormitories were built for the benefit of 69 people; and 152 water deposits were made in 32 communities.

Also paved was the main street of La Salitrera, the access street to the school in Piedra Pintada and Tres Cruces, in Aguacate.

The Governor announced that starting today the construction of the Xichu Community Hospital is being reactivated, a work in which 90 million pesos will be allocated and it is estimated that it will be completed in May of next year.

Also, education infrastructure was delivered to the Benito Juarez Primary School, where the State invested 4 million pesos. Here, the perimeter fence was built, and retaining walls were placed, as well as a ditch for stormwater runoff.
