Guanajuatenses chosen through the Educafin program will study masters or doctorates in universities in Germany, Australia, Canada, Spain, USA, France and the United Kingdom

The Government of Guanajuato promotes post graduate studies abroad for Guanajuatenses as part of the program “Talent for Export” of Educafin.
Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo informed about the program at the ceremony with the 33 youngsters that are starting their masters and doctorates abroad.

“With these scholarships we want to keep going with our plan of sending more Guanajuato to the world, and bring more world to Guanajuato; we want other countries to know the talent that Guanajuato has in its people, and have that talent bring innovative ideas to make them work here”, said the Governor.
“We also want to support the formation of human capital of top level, to achieve the goal of going from manufacture to “mindfacture”, we are working to strengthen the capabilities of investigation, innovation and competitiveness in the productive, social and other sectors that add on to the development of Guanajuato”, said the Governor.
Better trained human capital
Rodriguez Vallejo said that with these actions the State Administration is working to create models that do something to stop inequality and improve the quality of life for families in Guanajuato, with the ultimate goal to go from manufacture to “mindfacture” with a better trained human capital.
We support our talented youngsters; because their knowledge and their participation will be very valuable to make of Guanajuato a better State and this way we prove, that there is no better investment a Government can do than supporting the education of its people”, said Rodriguez Vallejo.

Repay the support
“These post graduate scholarships, are paid by taxpayers from Guanajuato; that is why, it is fair to repay to the society for this support, with ideas and projects that produce progress and a better quality of life”, said the Governor.
“My greatest praise is for each of the 33 students from Acambaro, Uriangato, Celaya, Guanajuato, Irapuato, Leon, Salamanca, Salvatierra and Valle de Santiago, who are going to study abroad”, said the Governor.
“I give you the flag of the State of Guanajuato so that you honor it with your behaviour, your responsibility and your good use of this international experience, you are the pride of your families and of Guanajuato”, said Rodriguez Vallejo.
