The “Labor Link, Inclusion Month” strategy represents security for Guanajuato workers and their families
The State Government promotes training and connection actions for the labor insertion of vulnerable groups

With 30 companies offering more than 700 jobs in the region, the “Leon Labor Link, month of inclusion” was held through the Secretary of Sustainable Economic Development –SDES-, in coordination with the National Employment Service -SNE- and the City.
In order to open new spaces of employment inclusion for people with disabilities and older adults.
Ramon Alfaro Gomez, head of the SDES, said that with the leadership of Governor Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo, the three levels of government join forces to reduce the employment gap for vulnerable groups so that they have access to a better quality of life through a decent employment.
He highlighted that “the purpose of this Labor Link is to include them in productive life, support them, facilitate their path and provide them with the necessary tools to strengthen their development.”
Some of the participating companies are:
- Abarrotera San Jorge, Cuadra, FSA Natural MX, Logistics, Staff Talent Group, Linking Corp., Boltronic, Grupo Vision, HEB, Rodrisan, Hospital Christus Muguerza Altagracia, Feria de Leon, Fanasa, Corporativo Transporta, Pistolero Boots, Mapau Textil Group, among other
The job offer for Leon was more than 700 posts from 30 companies in the region that offered 56 profiles for professionals, technicians and operators.
The Secretary of Sustainable Economic Development promotes actions and programs in response to the demand for human talent required by established companies that work to make sure that Guanajuato residents have access to a better quality of life.
