Derived from preventive security and surveillance actions implemented to safeguard the population, federal, state and municipal security and emergency elements, recorded a no casulties balance during the commemorative ceremonies for the 213th Anniversary of the Call for Independence and civic parades.
The Call for Independence events were held in the 46 municipalities of Guanajuato, without any relevant incident occurring and in which an influx of approximately 208,129 people was recorded.
In Dolores Hidalgo, Cradle of National Independence, there was a capacity of more than 14 thousand people gathered in the Main Plaza. Then came the municipality of Leon which had an influx of 12,809 people and Irapuato with an attendance of 12,500 people.
Meanwhile, the civic parades were held in 44 municipalities with the exception of Atarjea and Tierra Blanca, with an attendance of 238,430 people without reporting any relevant news.
The security and prevention operation was deployed in the 46 municipalities of Guanajuato and had a state of force made up of 24,327 elements of public security, emergencies and relief groups.
The security operation was supported with ground-air operations with four aircraft of the State Public Security Forces and the command base in the city of Dolores Hidalgo Cradle of National Independence, as well as by 4,028 vehicles including patrols, motorcycles, units of first response, cranes, ATVs, ambulances, motor pumps, fire trucks and tankers.
The deployment of forces was implemented throughout the state territory, adhering at all times to the operational plan carried out with the purpose of maintaining public order, peace and social coexistence, as well as the contingency plan for these festivities.
