The Secretary of Social and Human Development of Guanajuato –SEDESHU-Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, toured all the municipalities of Guanajuato to inaugurate and supervise works of social infrastructure for the benefit of Guanajuatenses.
In addition, she handed over support for the different programs promoted by the Secretary and the State Government through the Guanajuato Contigo Sí Strategy, which seeks to provide support to the most vulnerable population.
Since her inauguration as head of SEDESHU on April 10, Libia began a work tour to meet the request of the State Governor, Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo, to listen and attend first-hand to the needs of the population throughout the state.
Likewise, from the beginning of her functions in the Secretary, she held various meetings with the mayors of the 46 municipalities to define and work on the works and priority actions of each city aimed at promoting their development and progress.
The municipalities where LIbia carried out the inauguration of social infrastructure works that include rehabilitated streets and roads, extensions of sanitary drainage, construction of elevated tanks, among others, are:
- San Luis de La Paz, San Francisco del Rincon, Penjamo, Santiago Maravatio , Apaseo El Alto, Apaseo El Grande, Abasolo, Cuerámaro, Manuel Doblado, Dolores Hidalgo, Valle de Santiago, Pueblo Nuevo
Libia has also toured:
- Irapuato, San Felipe, Ocampo, Moroleon, Uriangato, Yuriria, Acambaro, Salvatierra, Tarimoro, Juventino Rosas, Guanajuato, Romita, Comonfort, Villagran, Cortazar, Atarjea, Tierra Blanca, Victoria, Xichu, Doctor Mora, San Jose Iturbide, Jaral del Progreso, Huanimaro and San Diego de la Union
During her visits, the Official also delivered other types of support such as the Grandeza Vouchers to benefit the economy of families and local businesses.
The secretary provided personal attention to the users of the GTO Contigo Si Centers in Abasolo, Cortazar and Victoria, to resolve the concerns of those attending these sites in the search for training and obtaining tools that improve their quality of life.
In Santa Catarina, she held a meeting with the neighborhood committees to supervise the progress of the streets that continue to be rehabilitated, while, in Juventino Rosas and Salamanca, she attended the members of the “Luz y Justicia” and “Salmantinos Unidos Searching f0r Disappeared” to whom she reiterated her support from the Secretary she heads.
She also visited some beneficiaries of the “Mi Hogar GTO” and “Vive Mejor con Impulso” programs, through which the construction of bedrooms and decent roofs is carried out for the families that need it most.
Secretary Libia Dennise Garcia demonstrates her commitment to this State by working closely with the people of Guanajuato, listening and attending to their needs.
