The Guanajuato State Youth Development and Care Institute –JuventudEsGTO- and the Sustainable Economic Development Secretary –SDES- launched the call for “Training abroad”, the objective is to strengthen the job skills of young people from Guanajuato, in order to meet their employability needs and meet the demand for human talent presented by companies in Guanajuato.
To participate in this call, those interested must be Guanajuatenses between 18 and 30 years of age, with a maximum of one year of having graduated from TSU or university degree, or be studying the last period in a public higher level educational institution or private in Guanajuato.
Also, active personnel in any of the applicant companies or whose need has been detected by the Undersecretary of Employment and Labor Training may participate, where the organization accepts the integration of the employee once the training process has been completed.
JuventudEsGTO and SDES will grant financial support to cover:
- Travel, lodging, basic maintenance and transfer expenses in the destination country
The countries for training can be:
- Spain, the Czech Republic, Canada, Chile, Portugal, Poland, Austria and Germany

The call will remain open until May 26 and later the results will be announced through the social networks of both agencies.
JuventudEsGTO and SDES invite Guanajuato youth interested in developing global skills and competencies to participate in this call which gives them the opportunity to live a face-to-face training experience abroad.
