Authorities of the three orders of government participate in the security and emergency operation during the Independence Holidays
Surveillance and protection are privileged for the Independence Holidays in the 46 municipalities of Guanajuato with 24 thousand 744 state, federal and municipal elements

With the aim of protecting the population during the National Holidays, in the Shout of Independence ceremonies, authorities of the three orders of government participate in the public security and emergency operation.
With a state of force is made up of a total of 24 thousand 744 troops from the various state, federal and municipal public security agencies, as well as emergency and rescue bodies from different corporations, operations will be implemented to prevent the commission of antisocial behavior.
The operation will be supported by about 3,837 units including patrols of all kinds, first response units, motorized pumps, motorcycles, ATVs, ambulances, fire trucks, tankers, cranes and aircraft.
This permanent coordination is maintained with the 46 municipalities of Guanajuato, in order to monitor national celebrations in urban and rural areas.
Participating in the operation are:
- The Secretary of Public Security of the State, through the General Police Station of the State Public Security Forces, State System C5i, the State Coordination of Civil Protection; as well as the State Attorney General’s Office.
For Dolores Hidalgo, the state, federal and City authorities determined a state of force of 950 elements and 217 units of police and emergency forces.
Involved in these protection plan are:
- SEDENA, the National Guard, the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic and the National Intelligence Center, the 46 municipal police and traffic corporations; the Emergency System of the State of Guanajuato (SUEG), the Municipal Civil Protection Units, Red Cross, Firefighters and voluntary support groups are part of the institutions
