With the participation of 21 students divided into 7 SABES high school teams, Guanajuato was represented in the national competition of the World Robot Olympiad 2022 “My robot, my friend: The Care Robot” held in the facilities of IEMS Plantel Venustiano Carranza “Jose Revueltas Sanchez” in Mexico City.
The SABES representative teams that qualified for the national fair passed after participating in the state competition SABES–World Robot Olympiad 2022 (WRO) on September 3 at the SABES auditorium in Leon, Guanajuato.
The WRO is a competition dedicated to science, technology and education, which brings together 21 teams of high school students from 10 different States of Mexico, where besides having fun, young people put to the test their knowledge and skills to work as a team.
The national competition of the World Robot Olympiad “My robot, my friend: The Care Robot”, will serve as a qualifying phase for the 2022 international event to be held in November in Dortmund, Germany.
The teams that will represent Mexico in Novdember in that competition will be announced after the final round of competition.
