In order to strengthen the high-impact tools that the Leon Business Coordinating Council has, the regular monthly meeting was held with the participation of the General Director of IDEA GTO, Juan Antonio Reus Montano, who shared with the members and presidents of different Chambers, the actions that the Institute of Innovation, Science and Entrepreneurship for Competitiveness for the State of Guanajuato has been developing with Mindfacture.
“Mindfacture has to do with the use of knowledge, it is not just technology and science, it is experience based on action, that is Mindfacture”, said Reus Montano.
The Mindfacture Nodes were presented in the reunion, they are premises put up in the Impulse Centers of some municipalities of Guanajuato so that people manage to move from traditional activities to activities based on Mindfacture.
The Global Network of Mentors was also announced, to which the attending entrepreneurs were invited. This Network is made up of entrepreneurs supporting entrepreneurs, donating experience time, giving them the opportunity to become partners or investors in the enterprise.
Juan Antonio Reus presented the District of Innovation to the attendees, the premises are already being built.
“The Innovation District will allow interaction and connection through 7 screens, highlighting that there are only three venues like this one in Mexico, ours is going to be hybrid and with the vocation of serving all sectors, of all topics”, noted the head of IDEAGTO.
“We have all the elements, we have to raise our heads and continue working because Guanajuato continues to be the state that bids for both economic and technological growth, we must take advantage of all the resources we have, such as institutions, researchers and secretaries like IDEAGTO, we already have agreements with IPN and UNAM, but sometimes the problem is that in some cases we don’t know how to ask for what we really want and need”, said the President of the Business Coordinating Council of Leon (CCEL), Luis Gerardo Gonzalez Garcia.
Gonzalez Garcia called on all the presidents of the clusters in the event to continue working collaboratively and strategically and thus achieve tangible benefits for all members.
In the meeting were the presidents and representatives of AMEXME, APIMEX, CANACINTRA, CANACO, CANADEVI, CICEG, CICUR, COPARMEX and the CMIC.
