For the third consecutive year, the municipality of Leon will host the Expo Guanajuato Provee, an event that will bring together the productive chain of the hotel and restaurant sector on June 13 and 14 in the Bajio zone.
In the 3rd. edition of this regional event, to be held in room C1 of Poliforum Leon, attendees will be able to purchase products and services from Guanajuato suppliers, informed Ricardo Mora Aguilera, president of the Organizing Committee, and Conny Vallejo Cortes, director of Specialized Segments of the Secretary of Tourism of the State of Guanajuato.
One of the goals of Expo Guanajuato Provee is to promote the restaurant and hotel industry, train and generate a business vision and professionalism with innovation and technology, in order to contribute to the competitiveness and economic development of Guanajuato.
This year “there will be supply stands for the consumption of hotels and restaurants, as well as a sale of balances, a gala dinner where we invite the most representative Chefs of Guanajuato, we will also have a roast workshop given by ‘Parrilleros San Miguel ´, and a Marca GTO Pavilion”, said Ricardo Mora.
The Expo expects more than a thousand attendees, including hoteliers, restaurateurs, food service personnel, service providers, business organizations and the general public, who will also be able to connect and do business, learn about the trends that move the industry and the application of new ways to generate service experiences with innovation and technology.
The inauguration of this 3rd. edition is on June 13 at 11:00 am at the Poliforum Leon, with State and City Authorities, as well as presidents of the hotel and restaurant industry chambers.
On the second day of activities, on June 14, the Expo will have the closing dinner “Guanajuato Provides Flavor” by renowned chefs and Sommeliers.

- The first edition in 2019, registered 958 attendees from Guanajuato and neighboring States, with 80 exhibitors of the Bajio zone
