“Break paradigms, demonstrate the vocation of transcendence that we Guanajuatenses have in our DNA; continue to be leaders with dedication. The Youth of Guanajuato have the full support of the State Government”, said Governor of Guanajuato, Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo.
The Governor recognized the talent of young Guanajuatenses who, with their effort and dedication, have elevated the State throughout the world.
“In the State Government we want to recognize your effort, your dedication and your deliverance; you are making something extraordinary out of the ordinary, thank you very much for showing that in Guanajuato there is talent and capacity”, said Rodriguez Vallejo.
“Your example and social commitment are an inspiration to all the people around you”, said the Governor.
With Talent GTO, of the Institute for the Development and Care of Youth of the State of Guanajuato -JuventudEs GTO- programs were designed that respond to the needs of education and social development of youth, based on education, health, employment and inclusion.
More than 600 young Guanajuatenses participate from their school, home, family, and friends multiplying peace; they have participated in national and international competitions; they have inspired other young people who have improved the environment of their families and neighborhoods and who are transcending.

“Each one of you is a source of pride for your family. You are a role model at your school. You are an inspiration to your friends and you use your free time to build a better future”, said Rosdriguez Vallejo.
“You are a powerful force that inspires us to continue generating opportunities and providing tools for you to reach your full potential as a person,” said the Governor.
The Governor highlighted another program that promotes respect for human dignity, governed by a program of the international organization Global Dignity, with a presence in 80 countries.
Pekka Himanen, Co-founder of Global Dignity, gave the Governor of Guanajuato recognition as the First State in Mexico to Promote Human Rights under this model of training among youth.
“Thanks to Global Dignity for this distinction that is for the people of Guanajuato, because here we have always been defenders of human rights and dignity,” said the Governor.
“Today the call is to identify our talent, see what you excel at and once you know it, it is to look for allies such as family, friends, teachers, governments, etc. Today the goal is to search and not bury talent, because it is the best treasure we have”, said The Director of the Institute for the Development and Attention to Youth of the State of Guanajuato, Antonio de Jesus Navarro Padilla.
