Works are delivered in Valle de Santiago

On a working tour of Valle de Santiago, the Governor of Guanajuato, Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, reiterated her commitment to work to promote a better quality of life for the people and their communities.

“As governor, I tell you that I will work for Valle and I will not forget you,” said the Governor.

The tour began in the community of San Guillermo, where the Governor delivered the paving of Adolfo Lopez Mateos Street, where 5.4 million pesos were invested for the benefit of the entire population.

In the Noria de Mosqueda community, the Governor delivered the paving of the streets Principal and Pino Suarez, to benefit all the inhabitants of the town. The State and Municipality invested 5.84 million pesos in these works.

“We have made a commitment in this government because we want to serve the people, you command and you are the ones we work for every day; count on me, I will be a governor who will work hand in hand with the people”, said Libia.

The Governor visited the Municipal DIF Rehabilitation Clinic, which offers comprehensive rehabilitation services to people with physical, mobility and neurological disabilities.

Following infrastructure and equipment remodeling by the State and Municipality, today the clinic has a gym and hydrotherapy pool, a general and specialty clinic, a psychology area and a dental office, among other areas.

This project directly benefits users who come to receive comprehensive care; 40 to 45 patients are treated per day.

In the Lindavista neighborhood, the Governor delivered the modernization of Leona Vicario Street, it will benefit more than 900 residents of the area and the general population, there the State and Municipality co-invested more than 7.9 million pesos.

To finish the tour, the Governor supervised the rehabilitation works on Ocampo Street, where more than 1,500 people live.

There, the Secretary of the New Beginning is coordinating the work in progress on more than 600 meters of the street, in the section between Diaz Miron and Colon streets.

“We are going to work with you, no matter the color of the administrations, Guanajuato will count on its Governor,” said Libia Dennise.

The Mayor of Valle de Santiago, Alejandro Alanis Chavez, thanked the State Government for its joint work and thanked the population for their trust during his administration.

“Thank you all for believing in our projects. The works we are delivering today respond to the needs of the people,” said the Mayor.
