Apaseo el Alto, Apaseo el Grande and Valle de Santiago, tourist destinations in Guanajuato, will receive in the next few days the giant and striking “G”, from the Guanajuato brand “Vive Grandes Historias”.
In the work tours carried out by the Secretary of Tourism of the State of Guanajuato in the destinations to present the tourism promotion strategy based on 9 segments and attend to and review tourism proposals and actions in the sector, these 3 municipalities showed interest in placing the volumetric in its tourist attractions.
Guanajuato set the standard in the country, in 2020, by being the first destination to launch a tourist reactivation brand in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. On the night of September 3 of that year, Diego Sinhue Rodríguez Vallejo, Governor of the State, and Juan José Álvarez Brunel, Secretary of Tourism, inaugurated the first volumetric “G” in the capital city of Guanajuato.
The brand “Guanajuato, Live Great Stories” reached the main attractions and iconic places of tourist destinations, with the aim of creating identity and positioning it with national and international tourists.
The tourism brand shows the visitor that Guanajuato is a destination that continues to evolve through the 9 tourism segments like:
- Romance, MICE, nature, oenology, distillates, wellness, culture, gastronomy and sports all over Guanajuato
In a few days, the volumetric G will be put up in these 3 destinations so that visitors can continue living the greatness of Guanajuato’s history.
