Buying Marca Guanajuato strengthens the local economy, creates jobs and celebrates the talent of our people

With the participation of 45 “Marca Guanajuato” companies, the Christmas magic and Guanajuatense talent are present at the Leon 2024 Christmas Festival: Villa Nevada, a space that celebrates the effort and creativity of Guanajuatense families.
The People’s Government led by Governor Libia Denisse Garcia Munoz Ledo reaffirms its commitment to the economic development and prosperity of Guanajuato by promoting the consumption of local products, strengthening the internal economy.
The Secretary of Economy, Claudia Cristina Villasenor Aguilar, highlighted the family character of the event and officially presented the new slogan of Marca Guanajuato: “Made for the People”, which encapsulates the essence of quality, tradition and commitment that distinguishes the products of the State.
The festival will run until December 27 at the Explora Ecological Park and offers a wide range of activities for all ages, including:
- Plus, attendees will be able to purchase products made by companies with the Guanajuato Brand, contributing to the economic and social development of the region
- An illuminated tunnel, sphere decorating workshops, an ice rink, a snow slide, a snowy forest and snow wars
Buying local means more than just quality and tradition: it means investing directly in the growth of Guanajuato, creating jobs and giving the recognition that Guanajuatense families deserve for their effort and dedication.
The Government of the People, through the Ministry of Economy, reaffirms its commitment to strengthen Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises -MSMEs-, making them more competitive through new spaces of promotion and marketing.
