UTL becomes an educational quality option for the young Guanajuatenses

The Technological University of Leon reaffirms its commitment to education by granting direct access to Jairo Ezequiel Torres Ramirez, a young man from Leon who, after the pandemic, dropped out of high school, but found in the “Jovenes con Rumbo” program of YouthBuild Mexico the opportunity to resume his studies and strengthen his university aspirations.

Thanks to an effort and determination, UTL recognized his potential and opened the doors for him to continue his professional training, demonstrating that perseverance and access to opportunities transform lives.

Upon learning his story, the Technological University of Leon took the initiative to contact him. As a result of this approach, Jairo received on Monday his direct pass from the rector, Jose Christian Padilla Navarro, ensuring his place in one of the courses offered by the institution. With this, he will be able to continue his academic development in a comprehensive training environment.

In addition to Jairo, other members of the YouthBuild Mexico program visited the UTL facilities to learn about the benefits of being part of this education community. The university, in addition to offering a double degree, has programs that strengthen the training of its students, such as free language courses, the Business Incubator Center, cultural and sports scholarships, among others.

With these actions, the Technological University of Leon reinforces its commitment to the education of the young Guanajuatenses, providing not only quality academic training, but also an environment that encourages the personal and professional growth of its students.
