Public Safety delegation from North Carolina, USA, visits the C5i State System to learn about the use of technological tools for public safety.

A delegation from the Ministry of Public Security of North Carolina, USA, visited the premises of the C5i State System of the SSPEG, to know about the use of technological tools for public safety in Guanajuato.
The Secretary of Public Security of Guanajuato, Alvar Cabeza de Vaca Appendini, welcomed the delegation led by the Secretary of Public Security of North Carolina, Mr. Eddie Manford Buffaloe Jr. This visit to Guanajuato, to the areas of Public Safety arises by the initiative of the Connecta CORP Foundation, headed by Lorena Patterson and Gabriela Villicana, Executive Directors.
In the welcome ceremony the Secretary Alvar Cabeza de Vaca Appendini thanked the North Carolina delegation for its interest in continuing to learn about the state security areas, since in addition to the C5i State System, their agenda includes a visit to the General Police Station of the State Public Security Forces, INFOSPE and the State Penitentiary System.
This is the fifth time that a delegation from North Carolina visits the Secretary of Public Security of the State of Guanajuato for work reasons and exchange of experiences, with the support and promotion of the Connecta CORP Foundation.
The Secretary of Public Security of the State showed them each and every one of the latest generation technological tools used by the State System of Coordination, Command, Communications, Control, Computing and Intelligence (C5i), which is shared with the 46 municipalities, as well as with federal authorities, for security tasks in Guanajuato.
The Secretary of Public Security of North Carolina, Eddie Manford Bufalloe, said that the visit to Guanajuato meets all the expectations of the group he leads, expressing that they have been pleasantly surprised by all the work and processes done in the State Public Security Secretary to protect and serve citizens.
