The Government of Guanajuato has established a strong commitment to inclusive economic development, ensuring that every entrepreneur and business owner, regardless of the size of their business or the sector in which they operate, has access to opportunities to grow and prosper.
During the opening of one-stop service windows in the municipalities of Romita and Guanajuato, Ivon Padilla Hernandez, General Director of the Tu Puedes Guanajuato Financial and Support Agency, said that, to achieve this goal, initiatives focused on the needs of entrepreneurs and small business owners have been promoted.
“This financial institution belongs to you, this financial institution belongs to the people. This financial institution offers great advantages. We offer the lowest interest rates in the entire market, simple procedures, and small payments. What do we want? What are we looking for? What is the Governor looking for? For everyone to move forward and for no one to be left behind, for everyone to have access to this financing,” said Padilla.
“Let this financing be the impetus to start that little shop or to boost our business,” said Ivon.
The head of the People’s Finance Corporation said that this government effort aims to ensure that no Guanajuatense is left behind by providing the necessary tools so that every business idea has the opportunity to prosper and contribute to the State’s overall development.
Samantha Smith, mayor of Guanajuato City, said that one of the objectives of this financial strategy is to ensure that merchants, primarily, do not resort to loan sources that jeopardize their assets and security.
“Starting today, the window is open. Come here directly, and you’ll be given all the information and all the paperwork will be made easier for you. I’d like to invite you to take advantage of it and come and get information. We can also give you advice here. We can tell you what’s missing. You have to do it this way so you can get your financing,” said Smith.
The service window in Guanajuato City will be located at Noria Alta km 1.1 in the former San Antonio de Barrera hacienda, in the offices of the Municipal Government Center “Casa Guanajuato” in the old Azacan Construction building.
Pedro Kiyoshi Tanamachi Reyes, Mayor of Romita, emphasized that this is an alternative for Guanajuato’s entrepreneurs and the municipal economies to take off.
“Why is the opening of this Tu Puede Financial and Support window important? Because here I see many merchants, the fruit vendor, the woman who sells enchiladas, beauty salons, many people who have made progress, not only with their personal projects, but also with their families,” said Tanamachi.
“With this message from our Governor Libia Dennise, we want to support you so we can move forward, and not only our municipality, but also other municipalities, to offer our products,” said Padilla.
The service window will be located within the City Hall of Romita.
