The dates are official now to present the application for the “We Believe in You” support program that financies the Guanajuatense entrepreneurs

In an effort to strengthen the economic fabric of the most remote communities in the State, the People’s Government, through the Financiera y Apoyos Tu Puedes Guanajuato, launched the call for applications for the “We Believe in You” program, aimed at municipalities in the Southeast of the State.
Ivon Padilla Hernandez, Director General of the agency, said that this is the first call for applications in 2026 to strengthen entrepreneurs in this area as part of Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo’s inclusive development strategy, by supporting them with an initial economic aid of 7,000 pesos.
“This year we decided to start in the municipalities of Tarimoro, Salvatierra, Santiago Maravatio, and Jaral del Progreso. For many of the participants, this could be a historic opportunity in their lives, as they will have access to Government resources for the first time to get ahead and start or consolidate their small businesses,” said Ivon.
“Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo has clearly instructed us that we cannot allow anyone in Guanajuato to be left behind due to a lack of opportunities. She thinks a lot about the independence and empowerment of women, but also of young people and men, so I invite you all to participate,” said Padilla.
The “We Believe in You” program is primarily aimed at: Women aged 18 to 59; Young people aged 18 to 30 and men; residents of rural areas who have income vulnerability or who belong to a group in this category.

This call for applications will only be open from January 12 to 16, 2026.
Those interested must complete an electronic pre-registration, attend and fully complete the Initial Entrepreneur Workshop; and present a viable productive project.

- Your attendance at the initial entrepreneur workshop is the first requirement to start your application
The Director General of Financiera de la Gente, Ivon Padilla Hernandez, insisted that the “We Believe in You” support program is a seed of change that seeks to foster entrepreneurship in sectors excluded from financing. Furthermore, beneficiaries will receive guidance and training to ensure the success of their projects.
