The Secretary of Health of Guanajuato reported that the Irapuato Maternal and Child Hospital provided comprehensive care to patient Maria Alondra Lopez Garcia, who was pregnant with triplets at a high-order fetal level.

Guanajuato’s Secretary of Health, Gabriel Cortes Alcala, emphasized that thanks to the professionalism and experience of the medical team, a scheduled cesarean section was performed, resulting in the birth of the three baby boys.
