La Judea confirms the international presence of international spectators and from 7 tourism zones in Purisima

‘Jews’, soldiers and pharisees, took the streets of Purisima del Rincon, they remembered the absent as the seed that anriched and inherited La Judea from a generation to the next; they remembered Hermenegildo Bustos and thanked him for the jewel that is today La Judea, a national benchmark of the Holy Week.
Roberto Garcia Urbano, mayor of Purisima del Rincon, said that as time goes by and it is now 150 years of La Judea, it has framed facts with a past, a present and a future as it represents in a public theater, the calm that is taken away by the sin.
Alejandra Gutierrez Campos, the Mayor of Leon, was in Purisima del Rincon to witness the representation of La Judea, and she said she is planning to take it back to Leon, if it is not possible this year it will be next year. Also in the presentation were other City officials.
Garcia Urbano said that back in the XIX Century, Purisima had 6 thousand inhabitants, as published by the National Arts Museum, today Purisima has many more inhabitants and received visitors from other Mexican States and from other countries.
The event gathered 650 actors, with an organizing comitee that has been working for 21 years now, civilians and tourists in a story that is still young in a tradition that was made to transcend.
This days the event has been enjoyed by thousands of locals and tourists from Mexico City, Queretaro, San Francisco del Rincon, Leon, Silao and San Luis Potosi and Houston, Texas, among other.
On Thurday besides remembering Hermenegildo Bustos in front of his monument in the local Cemetery, they also remembered all those involved and who have left their mark in La Judea, each one of thousands who were born and lived with their heart loving La Judea.
