On a working tour of San Francisco del Rincon, the Governor of the People invited the City Council to find common ground to work for the citizens

The New Beginning for the municipality came with the delivery of decent roads with easy access for all

“I call for us to be one team for Guanajuato,” said Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo on her visit to this municipality.

The State Governor participated in the Extraordinary Session of the H. City Council of San Francisco del Rincon, where she was a special guest, and was invited to strengthen intergovernmental coordination and to establish a line of direct and collaborative work for citizen interests.

“I am a woman convinced that plurality and diversity are what make this State great and that each municipality has a cultural wealth that we need to make our own in order to feel increasingly proud of being from Guanajuato,” said Libia.

“Public service is closely linked to building agreements, to dialogue, to being able to sit at a table where common ground prevails when it comes to working for Guanajuato or a municipality,” said the Governor.

The Governor of the People, with Mayor Alejandro Antonio Marun Gonzalez, started the paving of the Ex Hacienda Santa Maria street and delivered the rehabilitation of the Aquiles Serdan Boulevard. The investment in these works was for more than 15 million pesos.

Later, the Governor and the Mayor handed over the first stage of the rehabilitation of the Aquiles Serdan Boulevard.

In addition, in the La Estacion neighborhood, the paving of the Lazaro Cardenas Street was delivered to improve the quality of life of the residents.

“I know there are still many needs, but we are not going to leave you alone,” said the Governor.

These actions were made possible by the ‘Beautifying My Neighborhood’ Program, through the Secretary of the New Beginning, which works to improve the image of the neighborhoods and communities of Guanajuato.
