A group of 60 companies will be supported by the People’s Government, through the Secretary of Economy, to participate in the first edition of ANPIC MUSA DESIGN FEST.
The event will be held on March 26 and 27 at the Poliforum Leon, bringing together more than 75 exhibiting companies and expecting more than 3,500 visitors. With 4,000 square meters dedicated to innovation and design, the event will be a meeting point for professionals, creators, and brands transforming the industry.
This strategy is the result of a collaboration by the People’s Government and the leadership of Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, to promote new marketing opportunities for Guanajuato’s micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). This strategy will become a showcase for the latest designer collections, generate business opportunities, and position Guanajuato on the international fashion map.
Diego Alfredo Anda Meza, Director General of Competitiveness and Business Acceleration, representing the Secretary of Economy, Claudia Cristina Villasenor Aguilar, noted the importance of the event and the commitment of the Association of Industrial Supplier Companies of Mexico (APIMEX) to consolidate the fashion and supply industries in the region.
The 60 economic units supported by the Secretary of Economy come primarily from the municipalities of Purisima del Rincon, Leon, San Francisco del Rincon, Irapuato, Moroleon, among other, highlighting their role in providing innovative materials for key sectors such as fashion, furniture, industrial design, and apparel.
The Secretary of Economy works to promote innovation, competitiveness, integration into value chains, and the generation of greater added value in all productive sectors, always with a sustainable focus. The event is a clear example of the efforts to position Guanajuato as a leader in the supply of innovative and sustainable materials.
