In order to create collaborative spaces where innovation and entrepreneurship are triggered by concentrating talented people, the inauguration of the second Hub-i in Guanajuato was held and it is located in Irapuato.
IDEA GTO continues to consolidate open spaces for entrepreneurs that make up the State’s innovation ecosystem. The Hub-i in Irapuato brings together entrepreneurs and creatives, startups, MSMEs, businessmen, students and universities to develop and propose solutions.
Juan Antonio Reus Montano, General Director of IDEA GTO said he is excited and committed to delivering this Hub-i, which is a space for the revitalization of the Valley of Mindfacture that follows the entrepreneur’s route in conjunction with other strategies and actors; by providing tools, methodologies and equipment to turn a solution into a business.
“We continue to fulfill the mandate of our governor Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo, the approach was very clear: A State connected to its interior, a living ecosystem that articulates all the actors that make possible the technological development that we seek as a State, the Hub-i in is really an entrepreneur’s house at the service of all those who want to take their ideas to the next level”, said the Director.
Reus Montano said that this Hub-i starts with four courses:
- One on storytelling
- One on raising investment as an entrepreneur
- A technical course called system
- One on simulation
“That is the intention of Hub-i, a space open to everyone, for all ages, because entrepreneurship can arise from an early age, but it can also arise at any time in life”, said the Mayor of Irapuato, Lorena Alfaro Garcia.
