Family Oral Courts Building is inaugurated

Governor Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo recognizes the work of the Judicial Power of the State of Guanajuato

Governor of Guanajuato, Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo, participated in the opening ceremony of the Family Orality Courts building.

“Today, the State Judicial Branch is taking another step in strengthening its infrastructure, for the benefit of the citizens of Guanajuato. It is an institution that is always working on its reason for being, which is to provide quality care to citizens”, said the Governor.

Rodriguez Vallejo congratulated the Judiciary for the inauguration of these family oral courts in the municipality of Leon. They are strengthening the infrastructure to serve users with functionality.

With the construction of this building, there will be sufficient and functional facilities for the administration of justice in matters of family orality through hearings, as well as the completion of various administrative procedures and processes.

The Governor highlighted that the Judiciary will continue to be at the forefront, in providing a service that gives Guanajuato society agile and expeditious access to justice, in this case in family matters.

Rodriguez Vallejo said that “the State Government has been working closely with civil society, in the protection of the family as the basic cell of society. And we do it through various strategies, including the Guanajuato United Alliance for Children and Adolescents, known as the GUIA Alliance”.

With the addition of these new premises and the participation of qualified personnel to assist in the phases of the justice delivery process, the clamp is closed on these efforts to promote the comprehensive development of families, said the Governor.

“I reiterate my recognition and gratitude to the Judicial Branch of Guanajuato, that with actions like these, continues to place Guanajuato in high regard. Here, the three branches of government work hand in hand and make our State a benchmark in matters of the Rule of Law,” said the Governor.

The president of the Supreme Court of Justice and the Council of the State Judicial Power, Hector Tinajero Munoz, highlighted that these new facilities come to strengthen the service provided to citizens.

More than 174 million 356 thousand pesos were invested in this work. The building is made up of three courts with 5 courtrooms each.

Next to the Family Oral Courts building, there is a two floors parking lot with capacity for 224 vehicles and 34 motorcycles, in which more than 57 million 220 thousand pesos were invested.
