More than 200 students from CONALEP schools in Guanajuato attend the Talent GTO event

The Governor of Guanajuato Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo, recognized the talent of the young people of Guanajuato, among them more than 200 students from all the CONALEP schools in Guanajuato who attended the event at the Poliforum Leon, to participate in the GTO Talents event, organized by the Institute for the Development and Care of Youth of the State of Guanajuato -JuventudEs GTO-.
The recognition that was granted was for outstanding young people in various disciplines such as art and culture, science, sports, education, entrepreneurship, leadership, the environment, Mindfacture, international matters and peace multipliers.
The General Director of CONALEP Guanajuato, Mr. Nicolas Gutierrez Ortega, was present in the event accompanying the young talents of CONALEP; Erick Alejandro Arredondo Zavala a student from the Silao campus, a member of the “Frost Dragon’s” team, winners of the WER 2022 National Robotics Tournament, was the one who received the recognition from the Governor on behalf of all the students summoned.
One of the most innovative projects was the exhibition of a 100% electric vehicle, a project in which students and teachers from the CONALEP schools in Moroleon, Valle de Santiago, Irapuato, Salvatierra and Celaya worked for nearly 4 months, achieving the conversion of a a gasoline-powered car into an electric one and was recently presented at the International SUMMIT 2.0.
The Governor accepted that he is proud of the achievements of the young people and thanked them for showing that there is talent in Guanajuato, “you are a model for your schools and your families, your example and your social commitment are an inspiration for all the people who surround them”, said Diego Sinhue.
