The Irekua park in Irapuato held the start of the activities that begin the commemoration of the State Mindmaking Day.

Attractions

The pool of non-Newtonian fluids, the mushroom workshop and the nebula exhibition were the activities that brought a large number of adults, children and young people.

Innovation and Mindfacture

Juan Antonio Reus Montano, Director General of IDEAGTO, and Mayor of Irapuato Lorena Alfaro Garcia who was in the event with Officials of her Administration, said that Irapuato is a municipality that has been busy detonating innovation and Mindfacture.

“What is happening in our State is wonderful and we have to believe it, I want to share with you very quickly, What is Mindfacture? It is eleven letter that for some will sound very far away because they woyuld say that they don’t study Astro-Physics or Bio-Chemistry, but it is not so, Minfacture is 5 fundamental and very simple points:

It is attitude
Using of existing knowledge
Work as a team
Solving problems
Share solutions globally”,

Said Reus Montano.

Reus Montano reported that during the 3 days (April 19 to 21) there will be:

148 in person activities
56 virtual activities
116 allies distributed in
15 municipalities

Uniting Municipalities

Governor Diego Sinhue Rodríguez Vallejo, was present in a recorded message where he highlighted that the Mindfacture makes posible and promotes the reunion of the 46 municipalities united by the themes of innovation and entrepreneurship.

“The commemoration of Mindfacture Day is a meeting point where the talented people of Guanajuato dialogue with each other to build an economy and a collaborative society, these events trigger projects and has as a goal to promote innovation and entrepreneurship. We celebrate Mindfacture all year round, let’s all participate to detonate our State with Mindfacture to make Guanajuato the Greatness of Mexico”, said the Governor in his message.

Lorena Alfaro Garcia, Mayor of Irapuato, said that it is important that as many young people as possible know what the Valley of Mindfacture is, as well as all the activities during the State Day of Mindfacture, since this will allow them to advance in knowledge, innovation and new technologies.

“Young people, use this space that we have today in this beautiful Irekua Park, I want to tell you that creativity and human talent keep organizations alive, they are factors that become the engine of development not only in companies, but also in societies and it is through innovation that alternatives and solutions are created to solve problems in our different sectors”, said the Mayor of Irapuato.
