The third edition of Capital Startup Capital 2022 begins, with 600 startups and entrepreneurs work to finance their projects and initiatives

“If you help us generate more of this ecosystem, surely there will be more opportunities for everyone; trust the young people of Guanajuato, you will not regret it, we are honest and hard-working people”, said the Governor of Guanajuato in his message as the Capital Startup Capital 2022 was launched.
Diego Sinhue Rodríguez Vallejo launched the event where world innovation talents meet.
This event is aimed at entrepreneurs and investors who want to learn about the investment and growth strategies of the most successful funds in Silicon Valley and other innovative ecosystems in the world.
“The importance of your supporting us, more than a business issue, is that you trust in a project and that you join the Valley of Mindfacture and say yes, we are going to invest in Guanajuato, because the epicenter of the Mindfacture will be here, because we have a good quality of life, good opportunities and good synergy between society and government”, said the Governor.
Headed by Juan Antonio Reus Montano, General Director of the Institute of Innovation, Science and Entrepreneurship for Competitiveness for the State of Guanajuato -IDEA-GTO-, Capital Startup Capital is a platform where startups and entrepreneurs work to finance their projects and initiatives with national and international angel investors and funds.
“We are very happy because this year 100 startups responded to our call by applying their business model and whom we connected with investors and investment funds from Silicon Valley,” said the governor.
From October 14 to 15, this third edition of Capital Startup Capital is held in Guanajuato, as the platform that strengthens the investment capabilities of startups from Guanajuato and Latin America, connects them with venture investment funds to accelerate and scale their business models and encourages the development of talent and the attraction of venture capital.
Mayor of Guanajuato Alejandro Navarro Saldana recognized the Valley of Mindfacture strategy as the appropriate one to continue strengthening the economic reactivation of the State.
“I am very pleased to see many young people with ideas, with projects, with companies, this is precisely what the governments require to continue creating wealth in our municipalities, for Guanajuato it is a pleasure to receive you, this is your home”, said the mayor.
Javier Mendoza Marquez, mayor of Celaya, said that his municipality has shown its commitment to Mindfacture through different actions, including the promotion of the aerospace sector, an example of which is the construction of the first Mexican aircraft, the “Halcon2”.
Mario Orozco, CEO of INSANA said that the goal of events such as Capital Startup Capital is winning to the fifth power, since entrepreneurs are very well appreciated.
“Entrepreneurship is like a roller coaster, where the ups are enjoyed but we also suffer the downs and every day there you enjoy the journey, and we do it because we care about the impact we can generate in our societies”, said Orozco.
