The Governor of the People inaugurated the Training Program for Designated Authorities -CAD- and urged to work with empathy to solve the needs of citizen
Mayors and public officials of the 46 municipalities will receive training in state action programs to contribute to local solutions

“I have always thought that public service should be, above all, a vocation to serve others, because there are many things that we can learn in public service, but something that is irreplaceable is the passion and vocation with which we give ourselves to others”, said the Governor of the State of Guanajuato, Libia Dennise García Muñoz Ledo, at the inauguration of the Training for Designated Authorities -CAD- of Municipal Governments.
The CAD’s objective is to promote the link between state and municipal officials, guide work towards optimizing resources, encourage the exchange of relevant information, and learn about and disseminate state programs, in order to contribute to the construction of governance and the improvement of municipal public services.
“In these sessions, you will learn how to resolve doubts and concerns. In addition, you will find ways to access support, programs and actions that, from the People’s Government, we will be working on with you, the municipalities,” said the Governor.
For three days, 1,650 management-level officials from the 46 municipalities of Guanajuato will gain in-depth knowledge of the 31 state agencies and their three autonomous bodies.
The Governor called on the mayors and municipal public officials present to take everything they learned at the CAD and make it available to all the people of Guanajuato.
“You can count on me to make these training courses available to you and to work together, so that at the end of our three- and six-year terms, we can deliver a better Municipality and State to those who placed their trust in us,” emphasized the Governor.
It is through the Secretariat of Government that the Undersecretariat of Political Development and Liaison generates mechanisms for training and effective collaboration between state agencies, autonomous organizations and municipalities to improve public services and better respond to citizen needs.
State Officials and of autonomous organisms were present at the inauguration of the training program, also present were heads of State Secretaries, and Mayors of the 46 municipalities of Guanajuato.
