Guanajuato will be in more places thanks to the promotion by members of the association CONEXTUR

Members of the Association of Receiving Tour Operators CONEXTUR took a tour of the municipalities of San Miguel de Allende, Dolores Hidalgo, the Cradle of National Independence, and Guanajuato City, to learn firsthand about the State’s tourist, cultural, and gastronomic offerings.
The operators visited iconic sites, sampled regional products, and met with local tourism service providers, creating a space for exchange that will allow them to showcase Guanajuato’s wealth in national and international markets.
This visit is part of the collaboration by the State Secretary of Tourism and Identity and CONEXTUR , an association created in 2010 and comprised of leading Mexican inbound tourism companies with extensive international market participation.
The aim is to consolidate the positioning of the Guanajuato tourism brand through strategic actions such as promotion in international markets, webinars, dissemination on social networks and tourist transportation, as well as networking activities by CONEXTUR operators and Guanajuatense companies.
Officials of the People’s Government reaffirm their commitment to promote competitive, sustainable tourism with a regional identity, generate greater visitor attraction and economic benefits for families of Guanajuato.
