The comprehensive job placement strategy strengthens employability and economic development in Guanajuato and in Mexico
The Job Bank, Labor Links and Becat programs have facilitated formal employment in various sectors

Through the job placement programs Bolsa de Empleo, Enlaces Laborales and Becat of the Secretary of Economy, more than 47,000 people have been placed in formal jobs so far this year.
The economic policy of the People’s Government, led by Governor Libia Dennise Garcia Munoz Ledo, strengthens the labor market through the implementation of job placement programs.
The head of the Secretary of Economy, Claudia Cristina Villasenor Aguilar, explained that the comprehensive job placement strategy strengthens employability and prosperity in Guanajuato with three key programs:
- Job Bank
- Labor Links
- Becat
The Job Bank of the National Employment Service (SNE) connects job seekers with available vacancies in the different economic sectors of companies already established and those about to be established in Guanajuato.
Through this strategy, efficient processes of recruitment, pre-selection, linking, sending and follow-up are carried out, ensuring that candidates are placed in formal positions according to their profiles.
Job Links bring together companies and job seekers in one place to accelerate recruitment and selection processes on specific dates, fostering interaction and facilitating immediate hiring.
Finally, through the Job Training Scholarships, in their different modalities, actions are promoted to foster job training, business development and job creation.
The People’s Government, through the Secretary of Economy, reaffirms its commitment to the families of Guanajuato to promote formal employment opportunities that contribute to the economic and social growth of Guanajuato.
