120 people benefit from implementing the ‘Kaizen’ methodology in organizations

Guanajuatenses receive “Lean Coordinator” labor competency certificates

As part of the “Lean Coordinator with Kaizen Methodology” labor training and certification program, 120 people were trained in this profile.

The administration headed by Governor Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo reaffirms its commitment to the training of highly specialized labor to guarantee stability of current jobs, in addition to strengthening the development of companies in the region.

The head of the Secretary of Sustainable Economic Development -SDES- Ramon Alfaro Gomez said that this strategy represents a significant step in the State strategy to strengthen qualified talent, a crucial element for the economic consolidation and competitiveness of Guanajuato.

“A certificate is much more than a course, it has a much greater scope, a profile has several components: knowledge, skills and an exam that accredits all, these must be adapted to the demands of the organizations”, said Alfaro.

Alfaro Gómez added that the certificates are valid for 3 years to guarantee that both skills and competencies are kept updated through continuous learning that is constantly endorsed.

The Lean methodology is a system for optimizing processes, reducing waste and increasing company efficiency; this training is essential for the development of work leaders in strategic sectors, promoting continuous improvement and respect for people, all of them key values ​​in the ‘Kaizen’ philosophy.

Among the participating companies are, Flexi, Paruno, Perugia, Super Azteca, Kodiak, Cartigliano, Shadow Shoes, among other; the companies recognize the importance of having personnel with skills to improve internal processes and offer better service to their clients.

Certification of work skills increases the hiring of practitioners and interns within organizations, promoting an organizational culture focused on continuous improvement. The State Government, through the SDES, continues to be a benchmark in the creation of formal jobs, and this certification is a sample of its commitment to the training of its workforce, the implementation of agile methodologies to attract investments and generate value in the labor market.
