In an effort to strengthen work capabilities and improve the employability of guanajuatenses, 19 training certificates were delivered to tractor-trailer drivers of the Tracusa company, through the program Training for Employability and Labor Professionalism “BecaT”.
The delivery of these certificates reaffirms the commitment of the State Government, led by Governor Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo, to promote the personal and professional improvement of Guanajuatenses through effective programs that respond to the needs of the current labor market.
Luis Andres Alvarez Aranda, Undersecretary of Employment and Labor Training, representing Secretary Ramon Alfaro Gomez, noted that this initiative goes beyond simple training, seeking to dignify work and improve the quality of life of the beneficiaries by facilitating their personal fulfillment and professional.
“Thanks to this strategy, we can enhance the skills of Guanajuatenses. In Guanajuato, talent is essential, and it has allowed us to demonstrate at a national and international level the diversification of our economy. This drives us to continue growing and to keep being the Greatness of Mexico,” said Alvarez Aranda.
The program, with a duration of 432 hours and an 80% practical and 20% theoretical focus, trained 19 fifth-wheel tractor drivers. This responds to the SDES strategy of aligning professional skills and competencies with the demands of the labor market and new technologies, as well as with comprehensive work methods and processes.
From the Secretary we work to provide the tools that strengthen the work skills of Guanajuatenses, offering them greater development opportunities through the professionalization of skills and knowledge.
