With an offer of more than 1,500 positions for operational, administrative, service and sales positions, by 71 companies, the 3rd Leon 2024 Labor Link was held.

The State Administration headed by State Governor Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo is committed to the well-being and comprehensive development of Guanajuatense residents by implementing public policies aimed at generating and preserving jobs.

The Undersecretary of Employment and Labor Training, Luis Andres Alvarez Aranda said that access to decent employment is one of the fundamental pillars to improve people’s quality of life by providing sustenance, stability and professional growth.

“Those of us in the Government serve only as facilitators, we provide the elements for you to move forward, so that economic development occurs through talent, work, income, so that you continue to grow in this State that offers so many opportunities, the greatest legacy that remains are the dreams that materialize day by day through effort”, said Alvarez Aranda.

He added that through the Secretary of Sustainable Economic Development -SDES-, actions are designed to strengthen the local economy, guaranteeing that more and more Guanajuatense families have a fixed income that allows them to cover their needs and aspire to a better quality of life.

Among the participating companies are:

  • Price Shoes, Trinitate, Munoz Corporativo, Corporativo Transporta, Lupillo’s, Coqueta y Audaz, Grupo Castores, Donaldson, Femsa, Oxxo, Flecha Amarilla, Walmart, Coppel, Sanborn’s, Michelin, Nestle-Purina, among other

The Labor Links allow close collaboration with the business sector to implement mechanisms that make their personnel recruitment and selection processes more efficient; with these tools, companies identify and hire the most suitable talent in less time.

The State Government, through the SDES, reiterated its commitment to the creation of public policies that promote the economic and social development of Guanajuato, ensuring that every Guanajuatense can access decent and well-paid employment.
