The State does not abandon the Celaya countryside: Paulo Banuelos
Celaya/Gto News
The people of the countryside and rural areas are not alone, because the Government of Guanajuato has maintained its support and redoubled its efforts; an example is that support from My Productive and Sustainable Family and My Productive Livestock for more than $18 million pesos was delivered.
Paulo Banuelos Rosales, Secretary of Agro-Food and Rural Development of the State, led the event that was held at the Ecoforum in Celaya, with Mayor Javier Mendoza Marquez.
Banuelos noted that the administration of Governor Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo has met the needs of the women and men of the countryside, and will continue to support until the last day of the Administration. And he also highlighted the good team that was formed with the municipal government of Javier Mendoza, whom he thanked for his willingness to help promote the agro-food sector.
This delivery, said Banuelos, is also an example of the impulse that is provided, since in both programs it was done directly with the beneficiaries, as well as with the support of the Local Livestock Association and the Municipal Government of Celaya.
It was through the My Productive and Sustainable Family program that 191 assets were delivered, including cisterns, ecological stoves; baking modules and tortilla makers; nixtamal mills; fodder mills and hermetic silos.
With a total investment of $3 million 34 thousand 184 pesos; of which the SDAyR contributed $2 million,564,871 pesos and the beneficiaries $469,313 pesos.
And through the My Productive Livestock program, 123 livestock implements were delivered.
In addition, 1,051 tons of balanced food for livestock were delivered, with a total investment of $1’036,790 pesos, of which the SDAyR contributed $724,753 pesos and the beneficiaries $311,037 pesos.
