Leon/Gto News
The training and workshop on basic “Management of Arduino Robotics” started, they are aimed at teachers in front of upper primary groups and the three secondary grades of public and private schools in the Leon Region.
These workshops are intended to train teachers who do not have experience in manipulating Arduino, so that they can implement the management of its basic components in the classrooms of each of the schools that wish to participate.
Through the Educational Development Coordination of the Leon Regional Delegation and the Learning Strengthening Department, there are 4 dates and programs for the workshops, 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon to better serve the teachers.
The dates on which they will be held are:
- September 8 and 22
- October 6 and 13
- The goal is to train at least 90 teachers
This training is carried out in a single day with a duration of 3 hours and some basic Arduino components will be reviewed such as:
- LED, direct current motor, buzzer, gear motors, micro servo motor, photoresistor, push button, temperature sensor, as well as applications that help program these components
The only requirements to participate in the workshop are to have a laptop computer, an electrical extension cord, and an Arduino level 2 kit or Arduino components. During each session on the 4 dates, the maximum capacity will be for 30 teachers, so that instructors can provide a more personalized attention.
At the end of each workshop session, each participant will be given a certificate, which will accredit them to be able to teach this support program for each student in their classroom.
