Guanajuato/Gto News
Staff of the Secretary of Social and Human Development –SEDESHU- and of the Secretary of Migrant and International Affairs –SMEI-, are working together in the Social Impulse strategy to benefit Guanajuato migrants and their families.
Their decision
Among the activities, the potential beneficiaries of Migrant Clubs will decide who can apply to the Productive Projects and receive the basic and essential services that allow them to start, consolidate or strengthen any economic activity, whether industrial, commercial or services.
Basic services
They will also analyze the social works that can be executed in the communities of origin of migrants. These works are established to provide basic services to more families bringing public services like potable water, electricity and sewage.
A plan will be designed so that the procedures, services and programs that the SMEI offers can be disseminated in the Impulse Centers that are located in different municipalities of the entity.
Values and identity
The Social Impulse strategy has as its main objective the reconstruction of the social fabric in neighborhoods or communities to rescue their values and identity and reinforce social coexistence.
Social peace
It also has as a goal to build and dignify public spaces so that they are safer, inclusive, well illuminated and clean areas, as well as bringing culture closer as an instrument of social peace.
The benefits
With these transversal actions by SEDESHU and SMEI, the State Government extends to Guanajuato migrants the benefits of this strategy to improve their quality of life and that of their families in Guanajuato.
