Governor announces new investments from Japan to Guanajuato

As he continues with his investment attraction tour of Japan Governor of Guanajuato, Diego Sinhue Rodriguez Vallejo annunced that the company Okita Iron Works, a leader in the production of bearings, ratified its commitment to invest 40 million dollars and generate 200 new direct jobs in Guanajuato.
“Okita’s presence within the supply chain and supplier of the automotive industry in Guanajuato fills us with pride for the quality of its products and services”, said the Governor.
“This company will bring more jobs to Guanajuato families. We thank the Okita executives for their confidence in Guanajuato. We are sure that their presence in our state will be a great success”, said Rodriguez Vallejo.
Okita Iron Works began operations in 1963 and currently has a presence in Japan, China and Mexico.
Guanajuato was the first expansion destination for this company outside the East, after installing its plant in Abasolo, where its managers decided to expand their investment, given the competitive advantages and the business ecosystem offered by Guanajuato, with a privileged location that facilitates the global market.
