“Salamanca has the full support of the State Government to promote more works and actions for the benefit of Salmantinos”, said the Governor of Guanajuato, Diego Sinhue Rodríguez Vallejo, during the work tour he made in Salamanca.
The ceremony
The Governor of Guanajuato and the Mayor of Salamanca, Julio Cesar Prieto Gallardo, presided over the swearing-in of the Board of Directors of the Business Coordinating Council of Salamanca.
A great job
Rodríguez Vallejo highlighted that the CCE does a great job for the development of this city, since it brings together and represents 9 leading organizations, including business chambers and professionals associations, which generate some 18,000 to 20,000 jobs for Guanajuato families.
Development of salamanca
The Governor recognized those who today assume the commitment to continue promoting the development of the business sector of Salamanca; “I offer Oscar Macias Jasso and his team the willingness of the State Government so that together we promote the strengthening of companies and the economic and social development of the municipality,” said the Governor.
The new CCE council presented four strategic lines of its work plan:
- Strengthen the identity and sense of belonging to Salamanca
- Generate a more competitive economic environment
- Contribute to have a safer environment for economic activity
- Promote social inclusion, to generate a more equitable society
The CCE Salamanca is made up of 9 organizations:
- CANACO, Association of Entrepreneurs and Executives of Salamanca (AEES), AMEXME, CMIC, Business Innovation, State Council of the Metalworking Industry, Association of Hotels and Motels, College of Professionals and College of Architects
